After hours of pushing your body and mind to the limit, you deserve a day of active recovery. Do the DIEMlife “Sweet Sixteen Recovery” (SSR) Quest to keep yourself limber and ready to get back to training for your next event. We suggest doing #1-4 together, #5-15 throughout the day, and #16 at the end of the day.

Milestones:
1 – Walk 2k steps or 15 minutes on a bike or rower
2 – Complete 10 burpee sun salutations
3 – Complete a 10 minute yoga or mobility flow
4 – Complete 2k steps or 15 minutes on a bike or rower
5 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
6 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
7 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
8 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
9 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
10 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
11 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
12 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
13 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
14 – Complete 10 air squats + hip opening stretch
15 – Finish walking for a total of 10k steps or 45 minutes on a bike or rower for the day
16 – Light foam rolling or therapy ball session
